1. What we provide

Second Draft gives feedback on the UCAS undergraduate personal statement. We do not write any part of your statement. You are responsible for making sure the statement you submit is your own work, as UCAS requires you to confirm when you apply.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in UAE dirhams on our website. You pay in full by bank transfer before work begins. Work needed in under 5 working days costs an extra 25%, and we confirm capacity before you pay. If you upgrade from Review to Edit within 14 days of receiving your Review feedback, we credit the full AED 600 against the Edit price.

3. Turnaround

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays. Turnaround starts when we have received both your payment and your draft. We return each round of feedback within 3 working days unless we agree otherwise in writing.

4. Rounds of feedback

A round is one draft that we read and return with written feedback. Unused rounds expire when you submit your UCAS application, or six months after payment, whichever comes first.

5. Cancellations and refunds

• Cancel before we start work: full refund.
• Cancel after we start: no refund for rounds or sessions already delivered. Unused rounds or sessions of Edit or Guided development are refunded at AED 600 each, up to the amount you paid.

6. No guarantee of offers

Admissions decisions are made by universities and depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any offer.

7. Confidentiality

We keep your drafts confidential and never reuse or share them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.

8. Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service concerned.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
